What amazes me with INTEC is a story where I am told something is sent to you and was returned.

1. Why did I receive the initial pack. house delivery with DHL
2. Why did I receive one assignment with my P.O. Box number *****Gaborone Botswana
3. Why is Intec now confused to figure out how to send material. if it is express by DHL as they deliver door to door. The national service Botswana Post only delivers with P.O. Box so if you send by post use P.O. box number if you send express service DHL or any other for door to door service use physical address Plot no. **** Gaborone Botswana.
4. This is happening for second or third time.... what evidence do you have things are returned why are we not called we gave home no. cell no email and *** knows everything.

WHY WHY WHY INTEC....MILLION TIMES.

Why is intect failing to understand simple logic. What kind of students will get out of intec.

We are learning from the onset one can get away not keeping promise, not meeting deadline, not telling the truth, just being disorganised. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE INTEC... this is the cry of people who take all their resources from other things and pay you for quality education and value.

I still have patience before I escalate my case further. All what i need is my books and the rest of my material.

INTEC must be proactive not reactive.

Did you know that the average company does not hear from 96% of unhappy customers? When INTEC get to know these complaints, it must be noted that it is just a tip of an iceburg and it must be appreciated. Nothing is personal. Many unhappy customers just give up and keep quite. The intention of this blog is to draw attention and to help INTEC to transfor the way they provide services.

With the power of social networking, blogs, twitter, my space, face book and the whole lot of web 2.0 technology every single person is empowered to make a difference. These technologies are more powerful than the advert INTEC places on major newspaper in South Africa or anywhere. Times have changed and INTEC must note that and improve customer service. Very soon if people look for INTEC college in Google the complaints page may come up first instead of the offical INTEC website. I personally support INTEC's nobel purpse of offering EDUCATION and changing life. But it would be disappointing to see customer service level is going down.. I have recommended INTEC to number of people here in Botswana. Imagine what they would say to me if they are disappointed.

Having unhappy customers is a fact of life in every service delivery industry. But we need to see speedy resolve of issues, I have been waiting for my book for 7 months. I may be told soon that my time to complete the course has expired while I have been just waiting and waiting...

INTEC College South Africa - My Story from Botswana

With the desire to advance my education, I had registered at INTEC college South Africa for long distance education in interior decorating, flower arrangement and make up artist....Before I paid up, full consultant emailed me and really I was convinced by the prompt emails and support I received from the consultant... but after I paid the student consultant in Joburg deleted my email or black listed it as a spam, she was the only contact we had.

They sent me my first batch of course material but it did not have crucial material for my major study. I did not receive the interior decorating book (living spaces) I called so many times with cross border phone calls. I live in Gaborone, Botswana. I have been given so many reasons and told it was sent... All what they want to do when you call is say something good just to respond to the next complaints....

it seems they have so many of them check this site..

So here is August I haven't received the course material waiting for 7 months. I have sent them back things I did not receive in the initial student's pack. They do not bother to respond.

INTEC advertises so much, promises so much and delivers too little at least my experience and many other I have see on the above website.

From today I will call everyday though it cost much and put the response I get on this blog. These are the kind of services that is killing Africa. How can we progress while educational insitutions like INTEC is failing to set a good example of honesty good service value for money...
